How to Find a Reiker Room Conditioner

  • Transcript

LESLIE: Now we’re going to take a call from Darby in Missouri.

    How can we help?

DARBY: I heard your advertising and it was either through – it was through Lowe’s or Home Depot and it was regarding a heater – a heating fan, a heater fan to warm your home.

TOM: Ah, yes. You’re talking about the …

    LESLIE: The Reiker room conditioner.

TOM: … the Reiker room conditioner, yes.

    DARBY: Reiker.

TOM: How can we help you with that?

DARBY: Well, I called Home Depot and they didn’t know anything about it. (Tom chuckles)

LESLIE: Well, because at certain Home Depots it’s special order, so it might not be something that they’re familiar with right off the bat without looking it up.

TOM: Darby, those Reiker room conditioners are good products. Let me send you directly to their website and you can find a supplier right there. The website is HeatingFans.com. So it’s H-e-a-t-i-n-g-F-a-n-s – HeatingFans.com. Or you can call them directly. They’ll give you the nearest dealer. It’s 1-866-473-4537. Yeah, they’re available by special order at the home centers but if they – you know, sometimes you get the guys in the department that just haven’t heard of it because it is such a unique and new product. The best thing to do is to go right to the manufacturer, the Reiker folks.
And it’s a pretty cool thing because it looks like a ceiling fan but it also has heating coils in it so that if you have a room that doesn’t heat properly, it’s a great way to get some extra backup heat and it only costs like a nickel an hour to run.

    DARBY: Oh, great. That’s wonderful.

    TOM: OK?

DARBY: Yeah. And by the way, I really enjoyed your show.

    TOM: OK.

DARBY: And thank you for calling me.

    LESLIE: Thank you.

TOM: You’re very welcome. Thanks so much for calling us at 1-888-MONEY-PIT.
