Barely any water comes out of our upstairs faucet. We have well water and an artesian well from overflow. I'm guessing there is sand in the tank. Is there a way to have that cleaned out? Or what else could be wrong, and how can I fix it?

If water flow is poor only from your upstairs faucet, this might simply be a problem with your faucet as opposed to the main water supply. Remove the faucet aerator first. Very often the smallest amount of grit behind faucet could stop the faucet from working almost completely.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! My main floor faucet started running slower, also. I removed both faucet aerators, and to my delight, they are both running full force 🙂
