What is the best way to keep squirrels out of an attic? I just insulated my attic and a lot of the insulation has been torn out by squirrels. If I seal their hole, they just chew a new hole in the facia board. I'm at my wits end. Thanks

The best way to get rid of squirrels in an attic is to trap them. Use a Havahart trap and bait it with fruit. You'll want to wire the fruit to the back of the trap. Use something like florist's wire and run it through the fruit, then wire it to the back of the trap; otherwise they'll just bat it around until they have it outside the trap. make them work for it.
Once you've caught them, take them to a wooded area away from your home and let them go.
Some people swear by moth balls. The odor of moth balls has been reported to deter squirrels, so you might want to spread some moth balls throughout areas where squirrels have been getting into your house.
Finally, be sure to repair all those holes the squirrels have been using to get into your house, because they'll just re-enter again the same way in the future.
