Do you have any specific suggestions on painting stucco after repairs have been made?

Painting over stucco repairs is pretty much the same as painting any masonry surface – use an oil-based primer first and let it dry. Or consider re-stuccoing the entre foundation after the stucco is patched so the color is consistent. The advantage here is that you won't have to re-paint.
