I need to install a water softener. I have always watched my salt intake so I was looking at other types of water softeners. I was wondering if the NoVoH20 is as good as it sounds? Thank you.
From what I've seen, each home, family and area usually have different needs as far as filtering and water softeners go. I recommend that you contact a licensed master plumber in your area to set up a water test. (Especially if you're on well water.) Once you have all the information on your water, you and your installation expert can discuss the type of water softener that will work best for you and your family. Also, you can discuss any concerns about the equipment to be used, and just as important, the pricing and scope of the job. Please note that water filter and water softener jobs can cover a wide range of pricing. Set up a specific equipment list along with the budget for the job, and make sure you both stick to it.
