    TOM: Need to redo a room on a budget? With a sharp eye, you can shop your own home for fresh furnishings and accessories. Hi, I’m Tom Kraeutler.

    TOM: The easiest and least expensive way to decorate a room is to rearrange the furniture or swap with what you’ve got in another room. It’s a hundred percent free and the perfect way to revitalize your home when money is tight.

    LESLIE: Small changes can make a big difference. Switch a side table, trade lamps or bring in new colors through new colors through pillows and accents from other rooms.

    TOM: And remember those old favorites you haven’t seen in a while? We all have the extra furniture and boxed-up collectibles sitting in storage. Dust off these finds to build a conversation-starting display or create a new point of interest.
