If you are in the process of selling your home – you need to know that making the deal can be the most important step in the process.  Rely on a real estate professional to guide you. He or she can help with an acceptable price, terms and conditions. Once you have accepted an offer, help keep the deal together by meeting deadlines and criteria, including home inspections, buyer visits and scheduled deposits.  As the closing nears, you may also need to perform repairs or do additional work to the house as agreed upon in your contract.
