Halloween Costume Safety

From scary to Scooby, every Halloween costume should be a treat, not a safety hazard.  Here’s 3 quick “tricks” to make your child’s choice measure up.  Whether homemade or store bought, your child’s costume should provide 3 things – adequate ventilation, vision allowance and range of motion.  Dark costumes should only be worn in daylight, and it’s smart to set strict guidelines for territories and curfews.
