Don’t Stuff Up Food Safety
Do you know when turkey and stuffing DON’T go together? Never prepare food on a surface previously touched by uncooked turkey, or any other meat. Be sure to thoroughly clean all cutting boards, counter tops and utensils that have come in contact with raw meat. Wash your hands, too, to prevent spreading harmful bacteria.
