2. Use of the Website. No content on the Website may be reproduced or distributed in any manner without the express written approval of SDP. Use of MoneyPit.com is for personal use and enjoyment and may not be used by anyone any commercial purpose without express written approval by SDP.

SDP will make best efforts to monitor content and retains the unfettered right to remove any content which it deems to be in violation of this prohibition. However, SDP assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
