Sinking Backfill Against Foundation

I have a relatively new home (2007) with a full basement, partially under a sloping front to back yard grade. My problem is the back fill against the basement foundation has "sunk" in towards the house. This has caused (1) my main gas meter/line into the house, and (2) my three HVAC exterior units, to all tilt in towards the home. The problem is obviously the "fill" is settling in. But I am concerned there may be something else funneling material away from the foundation I am not aware of. My driveway has also sunk about 4 inches from the original "matching sill" to my garage.

So, what type of contractor should I begin with (or else) to investigate the problem? Foundation specialist (like RamJack?) or other?!? Gas, HVAC, everything would eventually be involved I presume in the refitting.
