Tom, there are people trying to help you here. I do not know why you can not open itunes and download everything that we have. All the shows are there going back for several years. I know that if you have not downloaded for a while, Itunes will stop updating it unless you tell it to resume. When I miss opening iTunes for a bit, I choose "Get All" and it downloads everything.
Yes, you can download each episode individually as others have explained with the "save Transfer As" method.
Beyond that, I'm not sure we can help but I will say that Apples' forums are usually really good as a resource as I have used them myself many times.
I did as you said and right-clicked where it says PLAY THE SHOW. The only useful option I was presented wth was SAVE TARGET AS. I was not presented with the option of SAVE LINK AS. I then chose SAVE TARGET AS and then I had to manually choose where to download the file to.It was NOT an automatic download. I did this with all 5 shows from January 2011. This was a very tedious process. I was hoping to find one single link that would allow me to download all of the shows from 2011. Let me know if I have to do this for all of the shows from 2011.

If you go to where it says "play the show" and right-click that then choose save link as, it will download the file.
This does not help me. I do not need to hear the show or read the transcripts. I need to know how to download all of the shows, from 2011, into my Itunes account.
