Do the high-end gutters that feature heavy "fenders" on top like LeafGuard, do they capture rain from heavy downpours we have in the Carolinas..?
And at $25 - $30 per foot, they seem like a waste.
RainDrop looks smarter to me for our cloudbursts. Handles the water volume.
And keeps out leaves and debris...
