Q:
I understand that to keep a basement dry it is important to have the gutters end 4-5 ft away from the house and the ground should be higher at the foundation, but my two of my basement windows are even with the groundand the other two are lower with then the ground, I have covers on them but the water has nowhere else to go so I have a damp and the water just sits there and keeps the basement damp. Is there anything else I can do to keep the dampness out?
