LESLIE: Rose in Pennsylvania needs some help with a concrete [1] situation. What’s going on?
ROSE: Hi, I have an old house [2]and the steps going down to the pool are concrete but are falling apart [3]. Do I have to dig them all back up and put new in or is there some way I can repair them to make them look good?
TOM: Well, I think you definitely can repair them. Is the concrete surface deteriorated [4]?
