We have a Toy Hauler travel trailer that is designed for the Northwest. That means it’s not very heavily insolated or setup for Alaska winters. What we noticed after the first winter was that the flooring linoleum sheet had shrunk in the cold and split (every winter new tears appear) . The linoleum is not glued to the plywood floor and only caulked around the edges. What can you suggest for a replacement flooring that will survive an ATV (6 wheel 1000 pounds) being driven onto it and parked there over winter?
I can send you a picture if you want one.
