I live in a ranch on a concrete slab, it is an area with a very high water table. I have electric baseboard heating because the sub slab ducts went bad and filled with water. I am getting new carpet and would like to know if I should treat the concrete with any kind of paint or sealer before laying the carpet. Thanks so much.
