I have a commercial office park with various concrete issues. I have problems where water gets under the concrete by getting through the expansion joints. I have had several companies do repair work on the concrete over several years. Most concrete repairs have the new concrete being poured up against the old concrete. They all drill holes in the old concrete and drive rebar in the drilled holes. After the newly poured concrete cures big trucks drive over the concrete and the same thing happens where after it rains the water seeps through where the old concrete meets with the newly poured concrete. Any ideas how to keep the water from getting under the concrete forcing the substrate from underneath the concrete to come up to the surface.
