The Orion Cooker, developed by two tailgating enthusiasts combines three cooking processes simultaneously — convection, steam and smoke to cook meats and fish evenly and quickly. Cooking times are cut dramatically and burning or charring of food is nearly impossible while cooking in a chamber with charcoal located above and below.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Orion comes with several accessories for cooking a variety of meats and fish.
